A: Customized team training, monthly socials, 3-4 races per semester, and a trip to the National Collegiate Triathlon Championship.

A: Absolutely none! Anyone with any kind of experience is welcome, from beginners looking to socialize and improve themselves to endurance gladiators looking for their next challenge.

A: As a matter of fact, YES! We host monthly socials and holiday parties. One of are most common socials is after Friday Brick, stopping by Cobo Bobs for dinner.

<aside> ❓ How many members are on the team?
A: There are roughly 40-50 members. Last year (2021-2022), we took 11 members to nationals, and this season, we hope to bring +25 members to nationals.

<aside> ❓ What are practices like?
A: All practices have a warm-up, a specific workout for the training day, and a cool down. Practices are very social and designed to provide the exact stimulus in sync with our training plan and races.

<aside> ❓ Do I have to attend every practice?
A: Actually no, our practices are optional. We want triathlon to be an easy fit, and if there is a conflict in your schedule, we completely understand; we are all students.

<aside> ❓ What races do you compete in?
A: We compete in 3-4 races each semester in our Conference Championship. In the Spring, we also compete typically compete in 2-3 races, including the National Championship.

<aside> ❓ Can I still compete in races on my own?
A: Absolutely! If there is a sprint or an IronMan that you would like to do it would be still be great to see you at practice and compete with us as well.
